SignVideo
You can use SignVideo to contact 111. This services uses an online BSL interpreter to enable you to communicate with hearing people.
You can use SignVideo by signing in on a computer or using the app.

Relay UK
If you don't use BSL you can use Relay UK. They use an app that can be downloaded to your smartphone, tablet or computer. Through this app a Relay Uk assistant will speak your words to the person on the other end of the call and convert their spoken words into text for you.
