Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions must be requested in writing, by using the computer tear-off list or by giving a written request to the surgery. Repeat medication is reviewed at regular intervals and from time to time you will be asked to see a doctor or nurse.
NB: Prescription requests cannot be taken over the telephone.
How to order

The practice can only take requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone for Housebound patients only. In the interest of safety we do encourage patients to arrange for their preferred Pharmacy to order repeat medication. |

By dropping your repeat prescription request form into our letterbox. |
| By Post |
Post written request or Repeat tear off slip to Reception at the usual address. If you would like your prescription posted to you please include a SAE. |

Online repeat prescriptions are also available, Via NHS Wales App. |
